Primary Content:

Aerial photographs of the UK captured from 1958 to modern times. Includes 1) the Chorley Handford aerial archive b) the London Aerial archive c) the Skyscan balloon borne camera photo archive. Approximately 350,000 aerial views most on medium format colour film, many searchable online by location and with approximately 15% scanned to digital format. The archive shows a history of changes in the built environment of the UK over several decades and copy photos are supplied as date and location specific aerial photos of the UK for evidentiary purposes in legal and planning disputes.
